Gosh! I am finally back after a 10 day camp at Lumut. Honestly this camp was one of the most-super-duper awesome camp i have ever been to. As most of you may never heard of, its a school called Outward Bound located at Lumut somewhere in i-dont-know-where. The bus trip from Butterworth Sation to Lumut ws something like 3 hours, but thankfully JiaWei, Daryl and Andrew went along with me. After reaching Lumut, we had KFC, three of us hvent had KFC for ages, so we had a hard time deciding what to eat. Later on an instrustor fetched us to the school. It wasnt how i expected it to look like at first, but it was quite huge. We were separated to several watches.Mine was called 'Bubu', its actually named after a hill in Perak n case you havent heard of it. I think i'll just breifly explin to you guys about the activities or rather' adventures' we had there. Besides, we had a chance to meet Singaporeans! They totally Rock!
Day 1
We had fun with some ice-breaking games.
Day 2
Today, f. Started with more games, Acid, it was fun. Thanks Mr Wilson. British Bulldog, Thanks Mr Bib. Later on learn how to take bearing and stuff, wandered around the campsite. Stated to get mosquito bites. Damn those stupid effin mosquitoes, they were gigantic comapared to the ones here at Penang, seriously.
Day3
Land Expedition : Hiking 8 peaks with XXL sized bags and freaking leeches. Started hiking at 8 sumthing, reached at 6 sumthing, 10 hours? Hell yeah, we got lost, so we had to hike extra 4 peaks. Later on we camped beside an old mining lake. Mr Bib said that a big fish lives under lake. LOL. Anyways it rained that night. We had fun though. I didnt really sleep because i went to watch Ledang's tent site. Man i miss that night. we were talking about dirty stuff, maria ozawa and all sorts. We laughed our way throughout the whole night, but it was fun right ? Besides, i am known as Maria eversince.
Day4
Return from Land Expedition. The hike wasnt far but Mr Wilson and Mr Bib and I found a real Tongkat Ali, do you know? in case if you dont know, its a natural type of viagra ( helps men ). cool right? Mr Wilson didnt want to share it with me because it costs around RM200 each, gahh...he said he would sell it but i bet he used it for himself, muahahahahahhaha. Kidding. Mr. Wilson, if you see this, dont kill me kay? xD. Later on was the kayaking session, boy those kayaks were heavy. But it was worth it also lahh.
Day 5
Sea Expedition: Woke up ltte, rushed down and started to load stuff onto the motherboat. Then we kayaked to Pulau Pangkor, hahaha yeng right? Not near, not far, so we took around an hour plus to reach there. Cooked burger for lunch? then started to do rappeling ( i will tyr to show you some pictures when i get my hands on it). Then gangbang Wilson in the sea hahahh, tried to capsize his boat too xD. Later that night was campfire. Some ghost stories and jokes, nd of course Maria Ozawa. At 2 sumthin, we nearly got ambushed by monkeys.
Day 6
Return Sea Expedition. Returned, the trip back was better, jeez. Did some community service later on too. At night was the breifing for our Solo Camp for the next day. =D More bukake at night in the dorm. xD kidding.

Return from Solo Camp : Rock Climbing in the afternoon. Hahahahaha first time for me, so i was shaking all over on the rocks . After that, Mr Wilson taught us some songs, OB schhool Song, OB Spirit ( Lovin it) and Au Lang Syne. Ahhaa we didnt know Mr Wilson could sing, but he wasnt bad at all xD.
Day 9
Cultural Visit to Pulau Pangkor. Did some shoppping there, got a nice smiley shirt , me and wei bing got a pair, last ones xD. Visited a temple and also a factory that makes satay fish. ahahha we sampled a whole shop but only got a few packets. Later that night, Bar B Q night! superb roast chicken with everyone. The presentations were nice but Budang's were the best rights? Go pulun. One heck of a memorable night. Nobody went up to their dorms till 2 sumthing, .

Permata Friendly Meet
November 22, 2009 @ 11:51 PM
Dint enjoyed this at all. Rushed to the pool at Paya Terubong right after Scouts activity. Felt a bit drowsy since yesterday, turned out to be a freakish fever. So not a right time to have a fever and flu. Anyways, its supposed to be the Permata Meet today. Its held every year and you'd get a trophy if you got the either one of the first three placings. too bad i was down on fever, so i didnt want to go into the pool to swim. Gosh, i need to take care of myself better.
Mr. Five Years Old. (he didnt tell me his name, very cute + chubby tho)
Going to attend Penang Bridge Marathon at night, i'll try to survive the night without sleep. XDD Have to reach there by 9 , until the following day. Stay tuned for that update.
what i was i was up to lately
@ 11:18 PM
First up.
Kursus Kepimpinan Unit Beruniform NGO's 2009
9-12 November.
Nevermind with the weird title, its just a 'training' program for various uniform bodies. We gathered at the Wisma Pengakap to get on a bus that took us to some Latihan Insitut Industry somewhere in Nibong Tebal. Neverheard of it eh? Yeah none of us knew anything about it also. The asrama there was, say acceptable. The food? I didnt like the flies there. They came in the hundreds. Everybody complained about it, we thought it was the Pusat Perlindungan for the flies over there, the workers there didnt seem to care much about it either. The funnest part was most probably the last minute hiking trip to the Hutan Simpan Bukit Panchor. Didnt like the leaches at all. got pawned by three. Got a lesson from Mr Kah Hong too. ><.
Now, for some pictures.
Ming Han. St John Member.
Hutan Negeri Bukit Panchor. Damn those freaking leaches.I got three bites. Ouch.
Food for the last day. There were less flies too.
Our group, (not all of them were inside. Some went home already.
(ignore my steaming face. i dint get enough of sleep the night before)
Training Sessions
PISA Aquatic Complex
Yeah, Training. Enjoyed. Not as fit as last time.Got fatter too.
'Meetings'
Macdonals, Greenlane
Meeting at Mcdonalds? Nuts. First half an hour, did some productive work, after that, gone high on coca cola. Refills and refills. We got high on coke, seriously. managed to get some work done though, yeah, we planed when for next meeting and what to do next. Then continued with the party. Good job guys.. =.=
Okay, that was more unless what i did recently. P.s. the pictures were taken with my not-so good camera on my w705 phone no auto-focus. damnit.

Helluva Walk Day 1
November 16, 2009 @ 1:37 AM
One of our usual scout activities was 'mengembara' or expedition. I tasted 8-12km walks back when i was form 1 and form 2. Now that i am older, i have to go for the 40km one ><. Two days one night trip , no buying stuff and sorts. So, we had to bring along a shit load of stuff like food, water, and tents and so on and so on. And whatdayaknow, the weather didnt help at all . Seriously. In the morning it was like so so hot , with our 10kg+ load on our backs, hell. yes hell. We even got lost on our way. One thing we learned is to never ask too many people directions. We got confused and ended up lost. Yes, lost in Penang. Wonderful aint it.

Memories
November 8, 2009 @ 4:27 AM
Since i had the extra time, i decided to reorganize my room, which is of course very very messy most of the time. One of the things i took the extra effort to clean up was my old stuff way back from my primary school days. And by golly i found things i never even knew i had XOXO . All those memories just came back, and those were the golden days i can tell you, life is hell now after you enter secondary school. And, we have just passed lower secondary... who knows what upper secondary has for us.. For the information i chose Pure science stream for form 4, many say its hard and so and so, is it really thathard? Here are some pictures i took, there are also some i'd rather not show.
The 'sheng zi' book that we malaysian kids use to write in our primary schools, but for me and my primary classmates , we compete each other to see who finishes first. And most oftenly, our handwriting dont look, well, tidy. Mine is certainly not the A type, and if i get an B+, i was lucky enough.
The box which i stuffed everything into. There three boxes actually, i f i got the time i think i'll upload the other two also. I am the type of person who doesn't like to throw away stuff, i just don't' like throwing things away i guess, so i ended up stuffing rather than organizing. everthing form rapid tickets, to little notebooks, my parents nags me all the time about me not wanting to throw things away.
Ah well this is a primary picture shot taken when we were about to graduate. I was like so fat at that time, i managed to slim down tho, thanks to all lil wee bit of self control and exercise. By the way, i dont look the same anymore, weird. I used to be the plump one in class. Agree?
And also the sticker and yu-gi-oh and duel master and pokemon craze. Gosh i cant believe i actually like those stuff at that time. To own them was a must, if not you will get left out ( at that time) , lol. Now i have forgotten how to play those cards now. I still keep the decks now, loads of em. Can somebody teach me how to play those again? And the sticker craze where you have your name on colorful and shiny stickers on em, i still have a stack of em. Hmm, weird eh?
P.s. going on a four day camp. Just finished packing up . Got the usual maggi mee, sugar stack and stuff. All lock and loaded. No internet with me tho. I hope there is enough food too.

Class Trip.
November 7, 2009 @ 6:56 AM
Teacher took us to a few places a few days back which was way better than slacking and talking crap in class. It was quite enjoyable and most of the students enjoyed it i suppose. Firstly teacher dropped us a a food court for breakfast as most of the places wont be open so early. besides, who would enjoy a trip with an empty stomach? i wont definitely.

Later on, we headed on to the famous snake temple. It was also newly renovated .

Then we headed to the some-place-which-i-dont-know. it was believed to be the place Zheng He landed. LOL big footprint. Btw there was a jetty , so we had a jolly good time snapping photos there. Let the pictures do the talking will ya.

And then the 'couple'

Along the trip to the USM museum everybody was already half steam. XP

And the last stop, the USM museum. It wasn't something to shout about, but you guys who havent visited there should visit it. theres a new gallery featuring space explorations and stuff. That was the fun-est part of all i think.

Oops sorry yong ming, caught in action. XD

And that was the end of the trip. Enjoyable and fun, but it could be better if the rain stopped. We were drenched by the rain gosh.
Here are some extras too. Enjoy.

Visited M50 during a visit to Shanghai last week. Its a modern art gallery with lots of weird paintings and sculptures but it was quite interesting too. Perfect place to take photos that day, good lightning an nice landscape. Its actually a old industrial factory built back in the 1920s before WW2. Its quite old but they managed to turn it into quite a popular tourist attraction. Here are some photos i took.
